About Hallie

Hey there! I'm Hallie Klecker and I'm so glad you're here. I've been a personal chef and culinary coach for nearly 10 years now (where does the time go?!), specializing in health-supportive, allergy-friendly recipes that actually taste good.

I first discovered I had food allergies back in 2009. As I worked on rebuilding my health and getting well again after years of sickness, I fell in love with cooking healing food. I went on to receive my training in holistic nutrition from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. I later wrote two cookbooks, The Pure Kitchen and Super Healthy Cookies, where I transform wholesome ingredients into delicious meals and treats.

I’m an Associate Editor for Simply Gluten Free Magazine and my recipes have also appeared in Paleo Magazine, Living Without, and Go Gluten Free.

Food is a big part of my life—and I love it! Based in the Madison, Wisconsin area, I draw much of my culinary inspiration from the changing seasons, our wonderful organic produce from local farms, and God’s beautiful creation.

My goal in all of my work is to equip, educate, and inspire others to live a life that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
